Oldest NASA facility with well planned new buildings. NASA remains the best Federal agency to work for for the past 10 years.

Amazing NASA center. A great place to work. Not generally open to the public except on occasional open house days.

They sometimes have events at the NASA Visitor Center in Hampton. Large museum and IMAX theater as well. Also if you look up NASA colloquium events they might be going in the local area.
Most buildings have some form of climate control such as thermostats controlling heaters or air conditioners. Maybe even some dehumidifiers. A safety program is in place to help prevent disasters and injuries. All spending must be approved by an oversight committee.
No however ever there is a vistors center located at 600 Settlers Landing Rd, Hampton, VA 23669
I am not familiar with them. I am not sure what it is that you are asking/requesting information about. If your asking about Plutonium, and want to know about it, you will need to go to a library or research facility to find out. You can search for it on Google or other search engines. I am not comfortable with this discussion. Respectfully
It's definitely much, much harder to land a gig at at NASA with only a bachelor's than with a master's or PhD. Are you aware that most PhD students are funded through research assistantships? You get paid to work for a professor and usually don't have to pay tuition. There are also fellowships you can apply for to find a PhD.
If your daughter has been offered an internship, there must be one. As far as housing, I do not know the answer. Look in the the letter received concerning the internship, and there should be some contact information there, and I encourage you to use that as a reliable resource.
Yes they do offer tours.
Well, Hidden Figures has those exact three people. You should know since you listed the SAME people.
It is a national research laboratory for NASA that is most famous for wind-tunnel testing for aircraft.
