My group was visiting Philly for a day trip from NYC on a Sunday holiday weekend. We stopped at Maggiano’s for an early dinner, sat down around 4:45 and decided on what to order by around 5pm. It was a perfect time to get there, we had no issues with service or speed of food being brought out. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was wonderful! I had the Lemon & Herb Salmon with a side of Sautéed Broccoli (listed in menu as Roasted Garlic Broccoli). My company had two of the pasta dishes with their own veggie sides - we all completely cleaned our plates. One of us also had a Peach Bellini, which she also enjoyed. This was a perfect time to go because the restaurant was empty enough that we could have great service and a short wait time for our food. We chose to eat here prior to our walk back to The train station and if you have the time to do so, I highly recommend it! This meal was worth it and could definitely hold its own against some of NYC’s best Italian spots.

Omg!!! Easily the best food I've ever eaten!!! The family style selection is insane!! The portion sizes!!! Just amazing!! Our waiter was Matthew, he was great!!! Never let our cups empty...

To me, dining out is not just about the food, it's about the service, atmosphere, price, AND the food. Maggiano's in Philly was one of the only restaurants I rated as 5 star in all those categories! Every employee was welcoming and friendly. Service phenomenal. I ordered whatever Randy, aka Rudolph, said was good, and it was all amazing. Quaint and clean atmosphere. Liked it so much ate dinner there three consecutive days! Prices reasonable considering high quality. Randy and Skylar were excellent servers, and Patti great manager. Even got to meet the owner who was a nice guy. All this and I usually don't like italian food ... I'm Irish! Maggiano's made me love Italian for the first time. Will have to try it again later to further develop my taste!

I usually try to take better photos of my food but this was more of a last minute thought thing. As usual the food as maggianos was really great. Though this time the service was a little lacking. We were here for about 2 hours which we usually aren't(maybe even longer). For a party of 2 that's a little long. At least 3 other sets of party of 2's left within those 2 / 2 1/2 hours. We also didn't stay that long because we wanted to. We love the food but want to eat and go. Unfortunately this night in particular they weren't doing very well with getting our orders out. Hence why so many people around us were coming and going in way less time. In the time it took for us to get an appetizer, other people were getting full meals. Now I'd like to clarify that this isn't an issue that I usually happens but was more of a one off moment, I hope. That being said with the food in consideration I give a four, my favorite part was the cappuccino because coffee is amazing. The Crème Brulee was beautifully done (personally not my favorite dessert but with that considered, it was good.). The Alfredo with shrimp and chicken was great (it looks a little whacky because I had half mixed it before remembering I needed photos haha) thought it always rubs me wrong that it doesnt automatically come with broccoli and I always forget to ask if I can add it, maybe its more of the color or more of the taste. Not sure but even without, its not bad. I also had a Spinach Artichoke dip and the meatballs which isn't pictured below. The meatballs are one of my favorite appetizers, absolutely delicious and makes the meal better everytime. Me and my friend decided to be different and try the dip as well and we didn't miss out. What I will say is I kind of missed the benefits of a nice chip on the side, they offer kind of like these mini cracker, garlic things which is nice but not the same as a gold dippable chip and left a lot to be desired especially since you get like 6 crackers for multiple people and a huge dip Meatballs: 10/10 Spinach Artichoke dip: 9 1/2 Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo: 9 Crème Brulee:8 Cappuccino: 10/10 😌😌

Excellent!! They have you scan a qr code when you come in to look at the menu on your phone and you can do the same to pay your bill. They keep contact to s minimum and practice social distance and sanitization. I felt very safe there.
They don't normally have that on their menu and you have to ask. I was with a large group (12 people) and they offered it. The prices range from approx $18 to $36 per person; you can order 2 appetizers, 2 salads, 2 pastas, 2 entrees and dessert. I suspect that what they offer for family style may vary by location.

There is often street parking on Filbert outside Reading Terminal market.
Between $40 to $65. Not including gratuity. I usually pay about $50, but we won't have alcoholic drinks or dessert. That's a soup/salad main course and a soft drink.
