This facility is really disgusting. Every other transfer station that I have been to, you drive your car on an upper level and throw your garbage over a ledge to a lower level. Here, you are on the garbage level, and there is a layer of sludge under your feet. Why did they design this facility this way?

Great spot, wait times to exit can be a bit long. They have multiple lanes available, but only use 1 station. Clean facility, low odor. Well lit. Free recycling. No complaints.

I have watched the decline over the last several months to a year from a staff that was surprisingly friendly and helpful to the current workers there that are stern angry men that will shut you down for asking a question and tare your head off if you make a mistake. Just terrible, I would hesitate to send anyone I cared about there on their own. What happened?!

This place has to be the most beautiful garbage dump I have ever seen in my life. Here is why. Modern buildings that could be in a magazine. Roll up door in the entrance to block the smell. Ultra modern and friendly staff. I highly recommend seeing this place, because of it being ultra Uber.

Yes pressurized cans, hazardous chemicals, wet paint, florescents, batteries. Check SPU solid waste website.
I'm not sure about plastics. Best suggestion is to check their website; I think I recall seeing a list of what is accepted for recycling. You can call them too.
Yes they are open 7 days a week
It's yard waste. It's cheaper than regular garbage but I don't remember how much the minimum charge is
Yes it's $8. with trash or $30. with out trash.
Minimum $20, that is for clean green pick up full I'll brush and branches leaves would be $20 I hope that helps you out
Recycling is free, but you will have to separate it.
No! you pay them.
They take any trash item. You are charged based on weight. I believe everything under 300lbs or so is about $20. It goes up from there.
Trash is someone you know that you probably shouldn't hang out with, but do.
