Communication is very poor between customer service and sales. Threatening customers is not professional and payment terms change at the whim of the company. Do not recommend for monthly payment purchases. Barn was as described and solid, but single delivery driver was inadequate for proper placement of barn and property was left badly rutted. Cardinal did not make repairs to yard. Ruth is very rude on phone and does not work toward resolution.

So due to COVID-19 my work hours were cut. I fell behind in my payments. I tried calling and emailing Cardinal numerous times to discuss a repayment plan. They wouldn't work with me and they wanted the whole 1260 behind payments. Really at a time like this you would think people would be willing to help and work with people. Really poor customer service and rude people. I really did try and work something out because I need the shed. Even though its falling apart.

Cardinal buildings service is HORRIBLE!!! I needed help with setting up online account due to a busy schedule and not having time to call in monthly. I had emailed several times asking for a building number and never got it. Instead of working with me they came and tried to repo my building I was planning on paying off in 6 ton10 payment. Drove a truck into my back yard over my septic system and tore up my grass with the machine all while destroying the building. They were not able to get the building out of the yard so they left it with both sides almost completely ripped off. I emailed the next day and offered to pay them for the building after it was put back in place and repaired and my yard fixed as I do not have time to shop for another one they would not even talk to me about it. All they said is clean it out and they will come get it. I am sure the building is not safe to get into now because if the damage. Horrible service all around be cautious when dealing with them very shady buisness practices and very destructive I'd be happy to send pics and corresponding emails with anyone in question Edit... after many days of negotiations I kept my shed. It was put back in place and repaired. Cardinal paid for damages to my yard by a credit on my shed so they did make things right just not a easy or quick process
