I wish I could give this review zero stars. The past couple of experiences with this place have been incredibly unsatisfactory. All the employees my husband has spoken to, minus one very nice and knowledgeable girl, have been unhelpful and incredibly rude. My husband had purchased us two LIFE Inc. disposable pens one wedding cake and the other raspberry. He asked the girl working what she recommended and she chose those. She wasn't just trying to sell him something either, this girl had extensive knowledge on the products in the store and truly wanted to help us get the best items they had to offer. I truly wish we could remember her name because she deserves to be recognized. Now she had said these pens should never clog or have any problems BUT if they did to bring it back and they would help sort the issue out. Unfortunately one of the pens did start clogging, not only that but the sticky oil started coming up through the mouth piece any time you would use it. My husband took it back with receipt in hand. The owner was working the counter this time around so you think he'd want to offer the best experience possible when dealing with a faulty product. Nope! My husband explained to the man what had been going on and showed him the pen with oil still oozing from the mouth piece. This man proceeded to tell him there was nothing wrong with the product and any issues we were having was our own fault. When my husband persisted on either getting his money back or swapping it for a new pen the man started acting like he couldn't understand him and brushed him off. My husband has tried calling and asking for help once more only to be told there was nothing they could do. This place used to have the sweetest owner, he would offer customers deals and ensure they were getting good products. If you had a problem he'd help you right away. This new owner is the exact opposite. He's rude, unhelpful, and clearly more worried about money than his business' reputation. We would still like to return said pen or swap it out, if given the chance. Not only has this been a waste of money but a waste of product since the majority has oozed out. It's really sad to see how far this store has fallen. But if you enjoy being treated like trash this is the place to go. I hope anyone else going here hasn't had to deal with the same issue.

Love the people running it, they will have all you need. Stock is always up and fresh. The other thing is it's a cross the street from me
