I've been getting my hair done at Wanda's for years. I've never really had a bad experience. I just went a week ago, and didn't get anything extra. I asked for my hair to just be blown out and the stylist started curling it because she didn't understand me. About time I noticed she was halfway done. I didn't want her to go back over my hair with more heat.. There was no one else I could speak to. They charged me $45 when that's what I usually pay to get a trim & deep condition. I feel like they just charge whatever comes to mind now. Im not sure I want to go back unless I know for sure Wanda herself will be there.

Got my hair done 3 weeks ago a wash, blow dry and ends clipped……my hair has been falling out every since….I never lost this much hair to the point that I’m scared to comb it….I think they putting something into their products or they using dirty scissors ✂️…..I would not recommend this place at all

I went to the salon a day ago, why the hell was I charged $45 for a wash and blow NO FLAT IRON, and a light trim!! THEY ARE OVER PRICED! I will not be returning.

Careless, bad behavior, i’m African American. I came in and Wanda started eating oatmeal before doing my hair. I was mad because it’s unprofessional. She didn’t even start on my hair first. The hair washer didn’t wash my hair good. After 4 washes, my hair was still extremely (itching) really bad. Also, she didn’t wash all the perm out, it was burning my neck really bad. Instead of taking me back to wash the perm out, she just wet a towel to wipe it. It was still burning. They didn’t care about me at all. Wanda charged me $95 for bad service. It was was only a perm and color rinse. Bad service, it should have been $40. Wanda only care about money, she should just close down. People are living like God doesn’t exist and isn’t watching. She cheat by charging double. As i said, after 4 washes my hair was still extremely itchy and perm was burning the back of my neck, I suffered the whole time. It should have been FREE, everything. I didn’t say nothing because they don’t care anyway. She need to be professional and hire good workers.
