I walked in and was not greeted but met with a confusing cold hostility from the older woman at the front desk. As I explained what I wanted she only told me what they couldn’t do and offered no other alternative while acting as if my presence was annoying her. The shampooing was very rough and the lady who blow dried my hair was literally yanking it with the brush. Disappointed and overall dissatisfied with my experience. Would not recommend, never going back

The women there are quiet and just assume you been there before...but i caught on fast. Other than that great and fast service.wait time about 5 min..wash time 20min my hair is pretty greasy...straightening time, trim, and pin curl about 1hr 1/2..( the heat on my scalp was a killer :+( ...really good for natural hair if your looking for a change and not expensive at all...down side is the heat but that’s to be expected and minimize my how often I go.

Customer was horrible, not very friendly or greeting never said hi or how could I be helped. The lady who washed my hair was rough and wasn’t very clean the stylist wasn’t friendly at all never asked me what I want nor ask was I’m ok. The heat on the dryer was burning my scalp and as I’m fanning my hair she still yet too ask me am I ok or apologize. The front desk girl was rude as well. The shampooer was good the stylist was horrible my hairstyle was horrible and she was rough as heck. My salon is closed on Sunday so I went there never again. My hair is long and she kept popping strands out. Not to mention too much heat burned me up also
