Nothing to wrong with in visit.. could answer calls better and get in touch with dr. For people that need prescriptions or not necessarily to go in the office. Not everyone lives right in town and wants to drive by when it could just be a call.

Never had a problem. Office ladies were courteous and pprofessional. The lab tech was also nice, as were the assistants who have screened me before seeing Dr Browning. He is a very pleasant Doctor who shows interest without seeming to be rushed.

CALL FIRST! The Provider on Saturdays just stops seeing patients when she decided she's seen enough for the day. Adveriised hours are 8-12. My daughter drove 30mins from Clarksville (very sick with the flu), got there at 10:30 and was told that the doctor was not seeing anymore patients...1.5 hours before closing. Go to Velocity Urgent Care in South Boston. You can even schedule a same day appointment on line.
