Great products, but recommend buying OR products from REI or other online retailers as their customer service is awful. Nice enough people, but are completely incompetent and unhelpful. Cheers mates!

I love this store! I found my favorite Vermont Tough merino socks here as well as some excellent high-quality clothing!

Long time customer of OR. Have always appreciated their products. But the customer service is far from decent. I purchased a jacket and a month later it was falling apart and the stitching failed. Was told to email customer service, never heard back. Emailed a 2nd time, never heard back. Emailed a 3rd time, still nothing. As for their face masks.. they are awful, just an absolute horrible design. The filter doesn't even stay put and you end up constantly touching the mask in order to keep the filter In place. Year and a half into a pandemic and the design is still the same!?! Do you even wear your own products? What a waste of money..

This is the 'company store' for the design studio in the same building, but it's open to the public for you to pick up the latest outdoor clothing and gear. Oftentimes there are items on deep discount, whether they be last season's colors or excess inventory. Everything coming out of OR is top shelf quality and if you can believe it, most items have a lifetime warranty. What a great company. Plus the staff here are super helpful. It may not be obvious but toward the back left of the store, around a corner is a dressing room if you want to try on items such as pants. By the way, they have a deep selection of ladies' items also.

Masks required, limited occupancy of customers. If you try anything on, items need to be placed on a decontamination rack
