I do not recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of Grayslake. I rented a truck from this facility three times recently. Two out of three times the fuel level was much lower than recorded in the contract. The last time I immediately returned to the office to report the correct fuel level. They confirmed it was lower but was told their computer system was down so it couldn't be updated until later. The U-Haul employee told me they'd update the fuel level when the system was back up. That didn't happen as promised. After I returned the truck I was charged almost $30 extra for fuel I didn't use.

I pay over 150 a month and just had twenty minutes of my life wasted as the "attendant" behind the counter talked in circles on the phone with a one time trailer rental without asking if I needed help. I am busy I won't get that time back. All I needed was the gate opener which I pay to have access to in order to get to my belongings. I am coming back later and will take my business and property elsewhere if not helped in a timely manner.
