Is there a separate free for going to the fairgrounds versus going to the rodeo portion of the fair?

Check with Rafter M Rodeo for up to date information. Last I have seen is $20 for adults, $15 for children, children age 3 and under Free.

There is not an armband all week. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $14 gate admission includes rides. Friday and Saturday gate admission is $12 Adults, $6 Students and rides require tickets. Saturday you can purchase an Armband from 3-7 PM in addition to the Gate Admission. Armbands are only good from 3-7 PM. Outside those hours, rides require tickets.

I couldn't say for certain, it's certainly weird. I took my family to the southern Kentucky Fair in bowling Green 2 or 3 weeks ago and it was the same story with not much in the way of rides. I don't know what's going on in our area. I know the Wilson county Fair has it blown out the doors, as they do every year.
Bill, if I were you, I'd call the fair commission, but I'm going to guess not, because they don't want to lose out on food and drink sales. Also, I imagine they'd have to search all coolers for alcohol.
