4 stars for the parts department. The parts dept has been easy to work with and helpful. 2 stars for for the body shop. Body shop delayed my appt by 1 week. Ok, fine. Drop it off on the new date. No courtesy shuttle so Uber home. They have it for seven days. Installed the wrong windshield. Apologize for it and have me bring it back. While waiting to bring it back I find dirt in the paint and overspray spots, one bigger than a softball. Drop car off for redo of work. No courtesy shuttle. Uber home. Car is done, I Uber there. Dash is covered in soap stains from glass install. Wash the car and see dirt in paint is still there and found more overspray. No offers to cover the cost of Uber, even after I told them I had to keep paying for rides. Also I am taking it to another shop to take care of the remaining overspray.

I would highly recommend Suntrup Ford body shop in Kirkwood- they were very friendly and have an efficient process. I was pleasantly surprised when I received almost daily emails updating where my car was in the process. The work was done during a week I was out of town- they knew that and had it ready the day I got back. I had been blindsided in my car door- it was all very stressful- dealing with the other drivers insurance company- so, it really helped that Tammy and the rest at Suntrup Ford were on top of things and a pleasure.
