Mice and bugs walls and floor. Thin you can hear everything your neighbors doing only two maintenance they ok but a theft problem from your neighbors they don't care o yeah they sneaky the will come in your apartment and don't leave a note

There are mice! and there is nothing you can do about it. The exterminators come every week, but still we have mice. I clean my kitchen and vacuum every night, but still we have mice. We left town and had NO FOOD in the whole place for a full week, and still we have mice.

I'm Staying here from 2015. The location and neighborhood of the community is really good. We have everything withing walking distance. But the Apartments are not Upgraded. And the maintenance is getting Worst day by day. They never respond before one month. And the maintenance quality is very poor. I'll not recommend any one here unless they make some improvement in maintenance area.

We're still living there and have lived there for four years. I've rented quite a few apartments before; this was the best. In unit washer and dryer. Fairly prompt maintenance. They give you plenty of warning before coming in your apartment and only do it twice a year or so to check the AC/ducts and to change the dryer filter. They're pet friendly, the office staff is nice, and they leave you alone otherwise-- which is a big change from the places I was at before.
