We were the first and only people to enter Staples, the moment they opened, after signing up online for TSA Pre. The TSAPre website online offered the ability to go without an appointment…so we went. We were the first customers in the door and the first TSAPre clients to arrive. We were told that they were not taking walk-ins today…why?…at that moment we were the first and only customer there for TSAPre. About 4 minutes after we arrived one other TSAPre client came in with an appointment. We watched as that person walked back and completed their sign up in less than 5 minutes and left…since no one else was waiting TSAPre. We quietly ask if we could possibly go back since no other customers were there. The cashier called back and they told her no. We left however when we finally did get our TSAPre it took less than 5 minutes to complete. Why if it states online that walk-in are accepted we were turned away while no other customers were there for over 5 minutes. AND if they do not take walk-ins why are walk-ins officially offered online? 👎🏽 can Staples arbitrarily change officially stated online TSAPre guidelines???

Signed up for TSA pre check, showed up and was told that I would need to reschedule. I was not the only customer with this issue. I have received no communication from the business letting me know, which has wasted my time and gas to get here. It’s a clear sign of how this location operates, look elsewhere for business if any kind.

We went in to Staples in hopes of creating business cards. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jess who apparently works in the printing services section @ the Staples in Fayetteville Ga. At first she appeared to be friendly and helpful but all of a sudden when she realized it was getting close to time for the store to close. She became really unhelpful and irritated. Jess, if you don't like working at Staples let them know so that they can find people who like to deal with customers. Jess pretend to help us get back to the original page by leaving us in the same page we asked her to help us get out of. Then she told us we have 5 minutes before the store close. Wouldn't it have made more sense to not allow anyone to use the computer for business cards printing 20 or 30 minutes before the store close? Sometimes our jobs call us to go beyond the call of duty for great customer services. Jess, you might have to treat people like you want to be treated in customer service.. if you can not do so customer service is not a good fit...... 👎👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼👎🏻

I don't know. That's a question better answered by the store, not a customer!
