No one answered at the drive thru speaker, but they were friendly and helpful when I drove around to the window. I'm glad I ordered on the app though because they ran out of sauce and that was the last pizza they made.

They mess up orders then when go back to correct your they make pay extra on the order they messed up they staff is just terrible Thanks alot Little Caesar's Smithfield for a terrible service 👎👎👎👎

2 Years Ago Last visit they handed me change that was literally covered in some sticky, gelatinous nastiness, that I threw on the ground. She was gloved, I was not. She didn't say, "sorry", she shrugged and said, "that works for me." This time I started eating my pizza, and half of it ended up in my lap because they don't actually cut the pieces, they crease them with some dull bladed instrument that's not a knife. We have plenty of pizza choices, I'm going to try the others. Today, 091122 I think the plandemic has taken its toll. I called ahead, but when I got home everything was cold. Danny was very nice on the phone and at the restaurant. There was no one in the drive through at 550 PM on a Sunday night, which suggests their business is in the tank. If you plan on using this Little Caesars, plan on waiting for your food. Order, and pull around. If you call ahead it will be ice cold when you get it. Based on the quality and temperature, I'm going to stick with the one star. Try something else.

I got here after just leaving the hospital sick as a dog and waited at the drive thru speaker for 20 min and tried calling. No answer and drive around. They had the drive thru closed off so I sent my kids in to order they said 10 min. We waited a little over that and then got our order. The pizza box was hot the bread sticks however were cold and raw and butter was thrown on them I have never tasted a crazy bread the way these tasted ever and as cold as they were it made me even more sick as well as my kids. I should have known by the uncleanliness of the inside and only 3 employees but I felt the hot pizza box so I assumed they were both hot and fresh. I continued to try to call and speak to a manager and still have yet to receive an answer no one picks up the phone. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed I was looking forward to some hot crazy bread and they ruined what little appetite I did have
