Their office told me it would be TWO WEEKS before they could send my medical records to another Doctor, that process has never taken more than a day in the past.

Seeing Dr. Ewald today for a checkup and Ella's is amazing! Very professional and informative she made a normally stressful experience pleasant.

I would like to start by saying this review is all about the office management, not the doctor who did a great job! It would have been nice for me to sit somewhere quiet and comfortable and also be able to chat with my relative while they waited to see the doctor. I was the driver for my 85 year old relative who had the eye appointment. The office waiting room was beautiful, calm, spacious, clean. But I was not allowed to stay! There was a woman sitting at a desk by the door to the waiting room and as soon as she learned I was not a patient she let me know I could not stay. She recommended I go down the hall to a crowded hospital cafeteria even though I was not looking for food or drink. So I basically roamed the halls of the Physicians Park building for 1 1/2 hours. It was noisy due to construction throughout the building. It was cold and rainy outside. We lived an hour away and the valet had my car so…. After an hour and a half I went back to the office to see what was happening. The door was closed with a big closed for lunch sign. I entered anyway since my relative was in there. The receptionist behind the big glass window told me my relative was almost done and please wait in the hall/not in the empty waiting room. I wore a face mask at all times. I was well groomed, I was clean so I did not take this personally. They probably treat everyone this way. All I could figure was they do not want to share their beautiful waiting room with people who accompany patients.

The Loews hotel is within a 6-10 minute or so drive. There are more inexpensive options near the airport, but are more along the lines of 15 or more minutes of a drive.

How can I get a copy of my records ?
