Great place for gamers. Retro video games paired with an actual onsite store. This place offers snacks and drinks too for purchase. Looks like they also have karaoke on Wednesdays. It's a great time.

Mannn... this place used to be soooooo cool. There were tons of standup arcade games, and everything cost $0.25 to play. Now many of the best arcade games have been removed, and what remains are a bunch of obscure ones, and almost everything costs $0.75 or more to play. Several of the games took more quarters than the posted amount, in order to start playing (just eating quarters basically). Several of the pinball games seemed unbalanced, as I witnessed the ball perform impossible mechanical maneuvers that defy the laws of physics. At $0.75 per play, that feels very unfair. The floor bounces when people walk around, so I guess it's not surprising. It pains me to write this, but this place just isn't as rad as it once was. There's just less of everything, and it costs more 😔

Update to the below: After contacting the support email as suggested, I was able to have those games in question returned to me. I appreciate the owner’s understanding and willingness to create a positive outcome for the customer. I was even informed that the business will make an effort to notify customers of trade-ins below a certain threshold so that they can make an informed decision. I’m looking forward to providing my business here again in the future. Overall I enjoy the selection here and prices tend to be moderate to high depending on the particular item in question. And generally the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Recently I did have a negative trade in experience where I brought in multiple games and was provided a summary value of my trade in. At the time I didn’t think to ask for the break down per item so that was on me. However the employee didn’t consider to mention that I may only be getting 2-6 cents in trade in value for some items. Had I known that I would have opted to keep those games. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this was the case until a day later. When I provided this feedback to the manager, I was informed I was provided all the information needed to make a decision and that there was nothing they could do for me. This sort of response is understandable given the nature of the business however it reflects poorly on their customer service. It was also a missed opportunity on the manager’s part to make things right for the customer or even assure me that my feedback would be considered.

Oh my god where do I start? The absolutely awesome display and selection of vintage consoles and games, or the super fun and friendly staff at the Pinball section make this place a favorite for me and my friends. Very laid back and fun environment for all ages, and a pretty good selection of drinks available as well for those of age. Definitely a weekly spot or more often depending on how busy it is, and ot can get busy so plan for parking in the back!
