Auto body work in Madison, held car for three weeks for a two day job, returned to pick up vehicle, missing bolts, fender liner not installed correctly and scratched the new paint they applied. Cannot recommen!

Dana was an excellent service advisor. She went out of her way to plan my needed car repairs, communicated with me as the repairs progressed about any issues, and followed through after the repairs were completed. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful service advisor I have met over many years.

My experience with Serra has been they want to do the right thing. I'd take it back, ask them to look at it. I'd be shocked of they left you hanging. I'm very interested in their response, please keep us posted. Good luck.
