I ordered a quilt set and pillows for my bedroom in the Spring. After some address confusion on their part I did receive the pillows. I received a back order notice from West Elm that the quilt would be in stock by September 1st. I called to get a refund after not receiving the merchandise. I was told that my $345 would be refunded to my credit card. The refund never happened and the merchandise never showed up either. This negative experience has ruined my opinion of all the William Sonoma brands. What a ripoff this has been

Jessica Figueroa was THE BEST!! She was so kind and very knowledgeable and also gave us great wedding inspiration ideas for our wedding! When you go into West Elm definitely ask for her. I hope the company knows what a great employee they have :)

If you traveling to Atlanta, and even think about buying something at West Elm for delivery, DO NOT DO IT. First they sent the wrong item from Atlanta to Miami. The second item has STILL not arrived and they have changed the shipping date three times. NOW they want to deliver it between October 10 and October 12. It was a blanket which they had in stock. Well, of course you will sell to clients in the store and allow the other orders to be shipped from the factory. Avoid extra items in our luggage, it would be nice. Boy, were we wrong. Don't bother trying to call them to get a status or update on your order. Customer service is never available.

BEWARE my fiancé and I ordered a bed frame in February and we’re told it would arrive in March or the beginning of April. it’s now the middle of June with no update at all.
