Tried to return my Valucraft battery to get my core fee refunded. I had all the information including phone number for the receipt, date of purchase, store number where it was purchased (A different store in another state). Even with all of that and the fact that it was an Autozone brand battery, they would only give me a $10 store credit. I was going to buy another battery there, but the fact that they made it so difficult to just get my money back, I took the battery and left. I’ll go to a competitor.

They would not change my battery they said it had too many bolts so I took it to O'Reilly's and they changed it it only had three bolts
