Everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful and amazing! Didn’t catch anyones name but the delivery guys made sure everything was hooked up ready to go. The store manager call me about 10 minutes after they left to check to see how things went. She was super friendly and helpful and said to call her if I had any problems. I’m excited to have a new washer and dryer and be able to pay weekly until I can purchase.

They call you everyday after the first missed payment. After the second late payment they pick up your item. Customer service is rude. I talk to multiple people who never left notes on my file. Worst place to ever go. I honestly wish I never would have signed the paperwork with them.

Not worth doing business with. I called on a price check. They are higher than any other place. They will call and say you are late, ask for payment and charge you late fees. Yet a contract was never ever signed and nothing was ever delivered so nothing is in my home of there's. The first new staff said she would call me back later after talking to her boss. Oh no she failed and never called back. Someone else called the next day. Same issues. I will never do business with them.
