In the store the older gentlemen's customer service was wonderful, helping pick out what I was looking for. I hate that that was the only good part of my experience with conn's. I originally purchased a tv and a refrigerator and a Conns 4 year warranty plan on both. I utilized their 3 years interest free program. Once they approved me the first time, they set up delivery date. I got a call that they forgot to add a water line (since they couldn't use the one I already have). When they added the water line, they redid my ticket and kicked out my interest free. This also pushed out my delivery date, further, since it "was a new ticket." When I didn't hear back anything in the time frame I called to check the status and they said that I had cancelled the order completely. WHAT??? I hadn't talked to them. So they got it back on the books and straightened all the financing out. It was another couple weeks before I received the products. Fast forward May 2022... My freezer/refrigerator stops cooling, over a 3 month span they come out 4X to repair it, with weeks in between scheduling. They finally decided it just needed to be exchanged. So I go to get the new refrigerator and I had to pay a whole new warranty fee. $389.00 for another 4 years. They claim they can not roll over the warranty to the new product (even though it's a CONN'S service warranty) and they claim they can not give me credit on the remaining years, I did not utilize the warranty. I am so upset the fact I received a faulty product, I am having to pay another $389.00 to cover my butt incase this one is goes out at any moment, as well. I am disappointed in all the run between first interaction and now the warranty I am having to repay for.

The store in Antioch has the worst customer service skills, I was ready to make a $10,000 purchase in furniture and appliances. The attitude of the Manager was horrible. I took my business to American Freight where I was very happy. I would never recommend this Antioch Tn store to anyone it is horrible.
