Mindy took us on a 3 day search of homes in October. We sold our house in a day and it sent us into a frenzy looking for a new house and we lived in another state. That is always up to you as the buyer. Septic tanks and pools are expensive to repair/replace. Getting an inspection could uncover problems that would cost you thousands in the coming years. Personally, we always get these inspections when buying our own properties.
