These guys used to be my favorite in town and have kept three to five cars maintained with them but I've come in twice now to have a tired checked on different vehicles when it's running low and I couldn't find a nail and they tell me to go somewhere else cuz they don't have the time. Not sure why I kept Firestone packages on any of my vehicles when they're not willing to help... Won't even put air in my tires to get me to another place

I have been going here for six years. Last week I went for oil change and a tire rotation. I always mark my tires to ensure that they are rotated especially because last time I was here they did not rotate the tires. When the service was complete the tires were not rotated. when I asked them to rotate the tires. they said that they did. I explain that I marked the tires and they were not rotated so he said fine he’ll rotate them again. In addition they forgot to reattach a plastic cover on the bottom of my car which then acted as an air scoop on the highway and dragging along the road. Very disappointed
