Well 10 years ago we were happy when we bought a brand new camper at Gull RV. But when we finally needed some service I got completely blown off. Sent photos and a letter to “Greg“ and he said he would get back to me and never did. I sent three follow-up email and still never heard back. We are taking our repairs somewhere else, and our future business. I even told him I was considering buying a new RV! Bad business!

I purchased my boat new from Gull Boats and RV in 2016. I’ve had all my services done by them since I bought it, so when it was time to replace my mooring cover I went straight to them. Their service department was great to work with and the new cover fits like a glove and is of better quality than the cover I bought from Lowe. I highly recommend Gull Boats and RV for purchasing a boat or having their service department take care of a boat you already own. Give Greg, Greg, or Joe a call and they will take care of you.

I needed parts, that were no longer available for my 06 Mercury outboard motor. Talked to Paul and Joe. They did some investigating and discovered that my Mercury was really a Yamaha motor. Located the parts and got me on my way. This also saved me from buying a new outboard because parts were not available for the Mercury motor. Great customer service! Jim Neal

I went to Gull Boats and told Burke that I just bought a boat and had a long list of things I needed. He cheerfully helped me find everything, then asked me about boating requirements items. I wasn’t aware of those things. Burke is a fine employee at the boat shop and I’m glad I went there for the things I needed.
