The parts have been ordered but unfortunately due to the pandemic the manufacturing company is behind in production, this is why we try to educate all of our customers on the proper way to use the mat machine so we don't have these issues.. We are doing everything possible on our end to repair the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The car wash part is the only part that's automatic. With the exception of the car rug cleaner machine.

Yes he was a club member that had to pick up a new sticker because he purchased a new car. He was in the first vacuum spot because he is handicapped and walks with a cane.

Yes not at the car wash but gust down the street on second ave north there is a Gas station that has a touchless car wash

We do not offer Full Service at any of our 4 Locations... We are a Express Exterior Car Wash.... You choose your wash from the menu, once you go through the car wash all services are free for the customer to use including: Vacuums, Towels, Mat Cleaner, All Purpose, and Glass Cleaner for cleaning the Interior of the vehicle...

The car wash is completely automatic and uses soft brushes and strong water pressure I do not see any reason why I convertible could not go through this
