Requested quotes for a certain type washer & dryer. Sales person did not listen to our request and sent quotes we were not interested in. Then the sales person got the order wrong & we had to pick up from the warehouse instead of the store. Manager offered extended warranty for the mixup. Need it now because the washing machine agitator doesn’t stay in place and it’s barely a month old. Not what we expected paying the amount we did plus now having the headache of an inefficient machine we would give it back in a second. Lesson learned.

Seemed to have a decent selection but not sure because the customer service was non existent. I understand being busy but it's best practice to at least say "welcome" or "someone will be with you shortly", or at least eye contact and a nod.

The staff was wonderful in helping pick out the appropriate appliance that would meet my needs. They even went on competitor's website to make sure their price wasn't higher. Although we had to wait 6 weeks for delivery due to supply chain issues which wasn't their fault. I received a call from Swift for delivery time which they kept to. Three very professional gentlemen showed up. Removed the old appliance, installed the new one. Went over all the controls. They took their job very seriously.
