Needed to trade in my 4 yr old S10E for the S22 Ultra. Marc Spector (Verizon rep). Took me thru the new S22 Ultra features. He did all the change over info./updates. I just wanted to give a very grateful shout-out to Jason Garvine at the Garden City, SC, location of Verizon, who very patiently and professionally helped me with my old-to-new phone transfer this past weekend. While everyone else was out and about enjoying a long holiday weekend at the beach, Jason kept me company and went above and beyond the call of duty by answering all my questions, addressing all my concerns, and walking me through the whole process (including a long system update) that I didn't want to navigate alone with adeptness and efficiency.
