The new computer system utilized to speed up loading process is a complete joke. 1200 hr appnt. Arrived 1130. 9 trucks waiting and two loaders working. But modern technology will speed up process. Yeah right...

As a first timer here I tarped my whole load using 3 tarps just to find out from a couple of regulars that I could’ve just put one tarp on and left like others were doing. I’ll know next time!
