Great little-bit-of-everything running store! Shoe selection isn't enormous but still a good range of styles and prices. Staff is super helpful and the store vibe is relaxed and comfortable, I felt welcome to take my time and try on what I wanted. There was also clothes, socks, and gear of all sorts so worth a stop even if not in the market for a new pair of runners.

I bought a pair of shoes that I’d loved in the Austin store….but i lost them back home in Seattle. At FF Seattle’s suggestion, I called FF-Austin who promptly looked up the specifics and 10 min later I walked out with just what I wanted. Courteous and professional throughout

For all the hype surrounding the place, there is no system in place to validate whether customer orders are coming through on time. My experience - I was told it would not take more than 2 weeks for the insoles. 20 days forward when I checked they had no clue what had happened to the order. I would not recommend this place if you need to make customized orders as they are incapable to make it. Possibly the only good thing amidst all this - they do take returns but yes it was a complete waste of time

I am located in Alaska with no running store, so I called Fleet Feet to see if they could match me up with running shoes over the phone. Cecilia walked me through the whole process and looked over my gait through sending a video. She recommended a few different shoes that would match the terrain here and running style. She was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to order my new running shoes.

I got some great gym shoes here that specifically don't slip on gym floors but they're definitely exercise shoes, not chef shoes. You might be able to find something here, but for kitchen shoes, you'd probably have better luck elsewhere. My restaurant buddies used to go to Anderson's or Romax if they went anywhere in person (once they found ones they like, they'd just order the same ones over and over online). Lots of brands but some of the classics to check out are Crocs, Dansko, Birkenstock.
It's a running speciality store so no they do not.
