Don't know how this location has ANY 5 star reviews. I have issues everytime I order from here. Today I ordered online and it wasn't ready when I got there even though I arrived a little later. Had to wait for them to make a new pizza. Was supposed to have extra cheeze and pepperoni and it didn't. Also, the sauce tasted metallic.

Workers have no customer service skills at all... try talking to the people who walk through your doors here's another tip when your pizza portal is not listing what orders are ready and you are not sending out emails instead of just cramming stuff in thr machine call out a name b4 ypu look at your packed lobby and walk away with put saying a single word! Unbelievable!

There was no ready cheese pizza and that was ok… even better I thought…cause I will get a freshly made pizza …instead I got a pizza that looks and tastes worst than leftovers. I normally don’t write reviews when my food is bad… but this was for my kids , they were excited to eat pizza. Not going to this location ever again…that’s for sure.

Stuffed crust is always the best. But on New Year’s Eve one of the girls that was working had a bad attitude. I called around 3ish like 8times to see if they were open, no answer. Finally got an answer & right away she said “just to let you know we’re no longer accepting orders over the phone” like okay? That’s good. I just wanted to ask what time they closed. Then my husband had passed through there around 5:30 to see if they were open & they were. Little did he know that I called before he got there. He came home with the food & he said that the lady didn’t seem to be in a happy mood because lastly she tossed the ranch at him. I’m like yea I could tell by her voice when I called. I agree what he said that he understands they’re busy but doesn’t give the right to treat customers with disrespect. Work is work & money is money. 🤷🏻‍♀️
