Terribly slow service especially if you are picking up orders as a DoorDash drivers. One employee gets confused with orders and wears rescieits on his hate while the rest focus on the drive thru and chit chat too much. They should help him do drivers can deliver the food before it gets cold. Ridiculous and poorly managed store

Seems like it is a group of young adults working here, on multiple visits they can be overheard talking about how they heard this place pays better, or how they hate their job. While I get it, it's fast food, its not glamorous, we've all been there at a starting job and understood that there is a level of professionalism you should have when customer facing. Order accuracy can also be an issue, I've even gotten double orders previously and was charged for it as an order total/receipt was never supplied.

They had been open for hours but the menu screens inside were not on nor were they turned on when asked about it, the fountain drink machines were not on, and once they were there was no ice available. Customer service at this location is a bit sad regularly. At least our food was good. I'm a big fan of Wendy's in general, so it's a bummer to have to write a review like this one.

Ordered a couple of lemonades last night as well as 2 large, 1 small, and one jr frosty all of which were nothing but soup. I tried to call and talk to a manager and kelp getting a busy signal. Kept calling again today and still nothing but a busy signal. You’re a business! Turn on your phone! This Wendy’s is terrible and it’s only gotten worse…
