My car was overheating so I had asked permission from the owners of the property to leave my car overnight and they said yes that's fine we will not tow your vehicle. This tow company took it upon themselves to tow my vehicle, wanting almost 500$ this is ridiculous because no one even authorized this tow ! Their Crooks!!!

Tow driver just happened upon the car as he was driving through the apartment complex. I came out and he was parked behind the car, didn't even have it hooked up and when he was asked if he could get paid to leave the car and I'd move it he said he couldn't. I was Told it would be 384 to get it out of the yard. Apon calling it was going to be nearly $500 to get it out the same day (it was a Saturday). Found out he should have at least let me pay half and move it before he even hooked it up. And he quoted me one price, the yard charged me more. They ripped me off and no one even called on the car to begin with. That's dirty business.

my dads car just got towed he was gone for like atleast 5 minutes and we said that we were gonna deliver something and they said it’s gonna be 120 if we pay them right there and if not it’s gonna be 309 and they were literally getting the money and as we came back they already left and took the car 🤦‍♀️
