This spot is super fantastic! Full of delicious sweets! They have yogurts, ice creams, candies, and other sweets stuff. Their place is for all the people has a sweet tooth and for those people who wants to try a different kind of sweets. Kilwins is really large and wide. They have plenty of space and seating. Perfect for all the customers visiting their place every single day. The ice cream and yogurt are definitely recommended! The portion is so big and fair. The prices are also reasonable. Their best seller in ice cream is the chocolate peanut butter, the quality is good, and it is very tasty. Kilwins is really worth a try! All of their staff are decent, friendly, and professional. They will even greet you once you enter the place and show a smile. You will absolutely love all of their crews and staff. Such an outstanding service! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Traveling Leaflet

So I have never purchased anything at Kilwins until yesterday. First, my cousin and I walked in and asked for a mocha iced drink, as advertised. The staff was friendly enough, but they denied that both of us could get one each, due to "only being able to make one because each one requires 3 shots." I had no clue what that meant and they couldn't explain that either. Why advertise something you are unable to make? So we decided upon chocolate shakes, even though mocha drinks appealed more to us. Now, the prices of their items that are behind the counter are listed on two sheets of paper displayed in small print, in a plastic stand on top of the ice cream cooler. When I quickly scanned down, despite the prices seeming to be high, I felt that a treat now and then for $6.50 would be ok. I assumed a regular shake couldn't be more than that. I should have asked first what the price of a chocolate shake would be. Well, low and behold after they made it, we learned each was $9.99! They pulled out the lowest quality milk too from a 1 gallon container to make the shake. This better be good, I thought. As we walked out near closing with our shakes in hand, I couldn't help but notice how bitter it was and not enjoyable it at all. They were barely drinkable due to how bitter they tasted. I am a huge dark chocolate fan, but this was something different. I didn't appreciate the uppity, fake and micromanaging attitude from the owner either. Those poor employees! For $9.99, that shake should have been made with organic milk. So, yesterday marks the first and last time I will purchase from Kilwins. Needless to say, I won't be the only one avoiding this place either.

Love all the ice cream flavors. The waffle bowl was yummy!!
