The staff in the law library and at the clerks office were beyond helpful. The paperwork was never ending and in lol language which is hard to understand and the ladies were so beyond helpful with filling out the paperwork and getting us to the next steps. Particularly the gal at the library with the bob dark blonde hair . She was amazing .

We do sell packets for Modifying a Parenting Plan for $40.00. (We also sell this packet online, if you have Paypal. It costs an extra dollar for the processing fee.) You don't need to buy the forms from us, however. The forms can be found online at courts.wa.gov/forms or if you would like the instructions and forms bundled together you can go to washingtonlawhelp.org to find them. If you're going to the Family Law Facilitator, you would want to get the forms first so they can help you with them.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Library is closed to most services. We are open for form packet sales and self-service copies. The Library is closed for in-person legal research. Please give us a call at 253-798-2691 for help.
Notaries are usually at your bank. ThePierce County Law Library doesn't provide that service.
