On the back of ur rcpt they hv a survey take it and complain there. They will ask u 4 a ph# or e-mail 2 respond. Plus u get a free piece of chicken on ur next visit.

I bought some food at the one on 59th n state and the got my oder WRONG I tried to go back in and the lady locked the door n said I can't change what was done very disrespectful .

Sorry 2 hear that, I've never been 1 only the 1 on the corner of Cicero & North Ave. Never had any problems there.
