My mother is crying in pain, has slept for days, she’s not eating at all due to a wound. Being a diabetic and a senior Dr. should understand that she must have pain med. Wound clinic said that PCP must see her ASAP and prescribe pain med…when called was given an appt in 3 weeks and was told “sorry that’s all we can do for you” these people neglect our love once I just hope they are treated the same way they treat their patients

Hello, do I have to make an appointment for the flu vaccine? for my whole family we are 4 people 2 children and 2 adults oh we just go without an appointment? I have been communicating and the call is not accepted, please let me know, thanks.

Can I make an appointment for Saturdays? I dont know because I get disconnected whenever I call.

Hi Beverly, we apologize you're having difficulty connecting with us. If you call 1.866.267.2353 we can assist you. If all our lines are busy we offer an option to have us call you back. Almost all of our 35 health centers are open on Saturdays. Please check your specific location for the hours of operation as they vary site to site.

If a person does not have insurance, how much is the co pay? Or well they even give care to people with no health insurance.

Hi Melissa, all patients are welcome at ACCESS regardless of insurance status and as Beverly mentioned above, we have a sliding fee scale that determines your out of pocket cost based on income and family size.
