There isn't much more you can ask for from a gym. It's clean and well-maintained. Any exercise you can think of, whether it be machine, free weight, cables, etc., this gym has it. Staff is friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

This place is trash! Be careful because you're forced to pretty much sign a contract you can't cancel. Also massage chairs are always out of order and showers are dirty. I regret signing up for a year for this gym. Take your business elsewhere.
They have showers and one tanning bed, but no sauna.
I don't believe they have a day pass, they may have a 1 week trial period. You are better off calling and talking to one of the staff members and see what they offer.
