Today we waited over twenty minutes after pushing the button and they never took our order. So I called them and asked if the button was working, and was told we are really busy and then hung up on. There were other people who came in after us who had there orders taken. The last time we were there they did not get the order correct. This is not your usual Sonic that is efficient . Fast food it is not.

I usually love Sonic but this one here in mountain view is no good I sat there with the red button pushed for over 25 minutes and still nothing and somebody pulls up next to me and gets their order taken immediately and I'm still waiting another 10 minutes so a total of 35 minutes I sat waiting for my order to be taken and it was never taken I don't think that I would ever go back to this place

I've stopped here a few times passing through town, every time I've ordered either something is wrong with my order or for some reason they are unable to make ice cream. Not sure what the deal is.

The food is always good, and the car hops are always nice. It's been months since we've been there, but we came up to to try the brand new Mocha Crunch Sonic Blast that's been advertised non stop on the television and what do you know? "Sorry but our Sonic Blast machine is broken" 🙄😒
