We are ordering a part for a camper we bought a few years ago at Parkland. Todd in service has gone way beyond the second mile to help us! We now live in another state and we tried to get help from local dealerships with no success. We are very likely to drive back to Missouri to buy from Parkland next time we buy a new RV!! Extremely happy with our 2022 Palomino Real-Lite SS-1609 bought at Parkland RV Center . This is our first trip with it despite buying it in January. We cannot wait to make memories this summer. Craig and his crew treated us like family from the moment we got in the parking lot. Going over every inch of our new truck bed camper and making sure we were more than comfortable with the mechanics before taking it home. Craig was very responsive during the entire ordering and buying process keeping us up to date on delivery and it being ready for pick up. When a slight hiccup occured the team jumped into action and got us going.

We are negotiating to purchase a camper. It is used but looks brand new. Owner kept the business open an hour and a half to accommodate our schedule. He has lived up to his word and did not try any type of influence selling. I am scheduled to pick the unit up next week. If everything stays the same we will purchase all our associated supplies there as well. Good folks And they own their own RV park!
