THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME THEY ARE CANCELING MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I REACH THERE EVERYTIME AND THEY HAVE ALL THE EXCUSES READY...DOCTOR IS NOT AVAILABLE, OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, DOCTOR IS NOT TAKING ANY OTHER PATIENTS EXCEPT PREGNANT MOTHERS. EVERY TIME THEY HAVE NEW EXCUSE READY. THEY WILL NEVER EVEN CALL YOU BEFORE HAND. I HAVE AN INFANT WHO IS GOING THROUGH LOT AND STILL I MANAGE TO GO THERE EVERYTIME AND THEY ARE ALL NOT EVEN SORRY FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKES. DR. SANTANDREU IS A GOOD DOCTOR BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYONE WORKING WITH HIM ARE IRRESPONSIBLE. THEY WILL ALSO TALK WITH YOU IN A DISRESPECT MANNER AND MAKE YOU FEEL BAD IN ALL YOUR VISITS. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE YOURSELF DISAPPOINT EVERYTIME THEN GO THERE.

I will like to say ive been seeing myself with Dr. Orlando for over 15 years now its been amazing. Recently had a tubal ligation with him 7 months ago its been the best decision my life. Dr. Orlando is very professional, understanding, and listens to your every need. Best Surgeon and softess blessed hands. Many blessing to him and his staff always soo helpful.

Either you have to keep calling till they pick up cause when I do I wait till they answer. Or just go to the office
They open Monday-Friday. Hours vary. Best thing to do is go in person for any information. 👍
