My family and I have been coming here for YEARS to get glasses. They’ve always been great. My mother and I came back about three weeks ago and the blonde woman behind the counter tried to sell my mom a bunch of things she didn’t need. She said she was giving my mom the best possible deal which was a lie. I came back last week to get glasses with my sister and the same woman basically treated us like we were irrelevant because we told her we wanted to pick glasses based on our insurance until we can afford to buy something we like. She was extremely dismissive then tried to sell us blue light filters for our lenses and when we turned her down, she went back to treating us like we weren’t there. Very rude and very money hungry. After I pick up my glasses, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. Never going back again.

The doctors are this location were great! However the staff, needs to be professional. Went for an eye exam and I was never informed of the difference btw eyeglass exam or a contact fitting exam. I called today and they told me I had to pay because my insurance would not do both. I explained to JESSICA, that I was never informed what test I was given or even asked what I wanted. They told me I can go somewhere else! I dont work for an optometrist, I didn't know there were two different exams, someone should explained to me the difference, and what I qualify for. I would definitely not recommend this place due to the unprofessional staff!!!
