Beautiful park and trails. We took a family hike with our two boys (10 &13) and had a great time. Just challenging enough for our boys!

This is a popular spot for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Keep an ear out for approaching mountain bikes from either direction. I really enjoy biking here; it's got a great mix of cross-country, grunty uphills, and fast downhill. Even after some rain the trail has a lot of grip. On my last visit there was a pair of trail workers leaf-blowing the trail and the time before that I nearly hit a deer on the trail!
