The staff here are always kind and caring, and go out of their way to help. As someone with a nervous dog it warms my heart to see how sweet and patient they are with him - you can tell they all are passionate about caring for animals and are well-versed in such.

Super expensive! Frontline Plus for Cats with 3 dosages is 85$ after tax! Love supporting small businesses over big box companies, so I ended up buying it since I was already there - but I won’t be shopping here again after this first experience and purchase! A markup of 10$ maybe 15$ for a small business is totally doable. 40$ to 50$ for something I can get on Amazon or Petsmart for 35$ is totally understandable. BUT DOUBLE THE COST? HELLO? No thanks. Staff was super friendly, but even the greatest customer service cannot justify such a surcharge!

I have always known of N2N, and bought from them from time to time, I recently started working in Downtown Tacoma and have 2 Laberdoodle puppies that I want to feed the best food. I went in there and talked to them and they were so helpful, were able to get me a healthy grain diet as grain free was not working for them and special ordered it. I ran out, and they were able to locate it and available in 2 days! The kicker is I forgot to bring food with me to work the very next day and they provided with me a comperable food via samples, no need to buy a whole bag of food and my boys were very happy!! The customer service is unparalled!

A locally owned pet shop that has your companion's best interest at heart. I love that they foster cats in the shop. I love that they have grooming supplies, toys, the highest quality food and treats, a wealth of knowledge AND they ALWAYS make time to answer questions or look deeper into product questions. I found this place on accident after fostering a feral kitten and both Leo and I LOVE it.

No, no vaccines for dogs there
No, they do not. They do not sell any live animals at Mud Bay.
I have a cat, so don't know about their dog food. Agree should call them. Open now, as I just left there.
