Advertised locally in Roseville for a twin mattress, when in fact the mattress was not local, it was in Vacaville and needed to be shipped. I had chosen on Facebook Marketplace to pick up locally, and this ad appeared. After going back and forth on facebook marketplace for several minutes, I wanted to pick it up. THEN they told me it was in Vacaville and it would be a week. Misleading.

We bought a discounted split king foundation that is amazing, half off! The guy that helped us was super helpful and we pretty much tried every bed in the store. Delivery of our new base was quick and we love the new foundation. Going back soon for mattresses. Thank you Sleep First!

Our price guarantee means that when you shop with Sleep First, you ll get the lowest price, guaranteed! If our price isn t already lower, we ll match any competitor s advertised price (even online). Here s how it works: if you see a price from a competitor that impresses you, (even a Going Out of Business sale) just bring it to us. If we don t already have the lowest price, we ll match the price. All we ask is that you take the time to visit us at Sleep First. In addition, most mattress stores give you a limited trial period. Our comfort guarantee gives you ONE FULL YEAR - that's 365 days vs everyone else's 90 - 120 days. At Sleep First, we want you to be 100% sure that you're sleeping on the perfect mattress for you.
The best and most simple way to keep your mattress clean is by using a mattress protector. As an added bonus, they're moisture-wicking, temperature regulating, and hypo-allergenic. Other cleaning methods include vacuuming your mattress and airing it out near a window. Use caution with cleaning products, as many can actually degrade your mattress and cause it to age faster.
Not always. Though old school chiropractors used to swear that firm mattresses were the way to go for back support, that's not quite true. Firmness and support are actually two different things: firmness has to do with the top layer of the mattress, whereas support has to do with the lower layers. It's very possible to have a soft mattress with lots of support. When choosing between firm and soft, go with what s most comfortable for you!
An adjustable base is a great way to increase the comfort and functionality of your bed. Essentially, it's a movable foundation that can shift the positioning of your head and legs. Adjustable bases allow for even more comfort and support than a regular bed, particularly for sleepers that have trouble lying comfortably. Click here to learn more.
Good question! A hybrid mattress is a hybridization between an old-school spring mattress and a more modern foam mattress. Most hybrid mattresses have individually pocketed coils as well as a memory foam and/or latex top, blending luxurious comfort with good old-fashioned support. Because of this, they work well for most every type of sleeper. This, as well as their ability to minimize motion transfer, makes them a fantastic choice for couples. Learn more about hybrid beds here.
That depends! In general, there are three main things to think about when it comes time to choose a size for your mattress: how many people will be sleeping on the mattress, the size of those people, and the dimensions of the bedroom. Bigger mattress sizes like Queens, Kings and California Kings are better when there are more people and/or a bigger space, while smaller sizes like Twin and Full /Double are better for single sleepers and/or smaller spaces. Though it may be tempting to believe you and your mattress will be together forever, eventually every mattress must be replaced. Most mattresses will need to be replaced after 7-10 years, or even sooner if you re experiencing discomfort or disturbances during sleep, or your mattress is showing obvious signs of sagging or other wear-and-tear.
I didn't see them disinfecting the beds in between customers, but face masks were worn and social distancing was in effect.
