Only reason I gave 4 stars is bc the car washing machinery itself didn't function completely thru til the exit, like 2 other Bham locations always do. It never seemed to fully bathe the car in the same amt of the soap & when I exited the dryer fans my car remained wet scattered all over it's exterior but primarily the windshield was left so wet, I actually had to turn my windshield washer blades on and let them swipe it 2 times...??? I've never experienced that before at the other 2 locations I mainly frequent & yes I buy the exact same level of car wash each month. I do like & appreciate the 2 times I've used this site, the staff always hands me 2 of the interior wipe down clothes, 280 & Bessemer don't ever offer them. I like them bc whatever brand they are does an excellent job plus stay moist enough that 2 completely wipe down my mid-sized car's interior.

Employees are great but actual car wash was not as good as expected. My car had numerous spots where it was not touched by bristles so it was wet but still dirty and car dryer was less than too, car was still too wet for me after going thru.
