Tried to eat here. Pulled into the drive-thru, I was the only car in the drive thru .Three cars in the parking lot. Someone came on the intercom and said it would be "a while" before they could take my order. When I inquired as to what was a while they told me at least 10 minutes. Lunch time. What the heck???

One poor guy was working the entire place on a Saturday night. Food was not fresh and had to throw chicken out. Locked the dining room doors at 430pm and told everyone who entered on the side door that they couldn't eat in. Someone needs to help this place out cause it's seriously gone down hill.

Only 1 employee doing both drive thru and in store counter service. Need to offer plates and knives for in store dining instead of eating out of a box.
