Multiple Giant waving signs outside reading, "Now Open" . Tiny little sign on door "Dining Room Closed". Be aware, they are carryout and drive thru only.

If I could give 0 I would!! This location is a franchise with terrible customer service and they must be struggeling cause they cant replace even a $30 order that they completely messed up down to serving frozen and old food. Culver's is a way better choice and it's right over the freeway 2 min away from this location.

Girl who took my order had an attitude after I asked for mustard. Burger was trash, could see through the patties even when stacked, basically one patty. (I know your patties are thin but this was a lot thinner than usual) and my shake wasn't even full. Not even near full. If you're thinking of eating here, don't.

Yeah it's been that way for like 3 months now. It's a huge inconvenience..... Just come to Raising Cane's Hilliard and get amazing food!
