Apparently we got there during a shift change. Ordered our food but had to wait almost ten minutes before it was was called because the cook was told not to cook until the shift change was over. The manager on duty had an employee cleaning the air vents in the ceiling with a duster right next to the tables and the grill. The plates that are used my the grill weren't covered and dust and dirt were getting on the plates and the grill. I appreciate that they keep up with cleaning but need to make better efforts to cover the areas before dusting vents.

It was okay! I have been to better waffle houses. You could tell the waitress was new and nervous took out drink orders took 5 steps and came back to tell us they didn't have Pepsi products but did have coke. She did good taking our order but when she relayed it to the cook I'm not sure if it was her or him but he had to repeat it and make her repeat it several times. Then when the order came they had put my hash browns on my mother in law's plate and gave me hers so she too the plates back and they moved our food to new plates and got it fixed but by then the food wasnt hot anymore barely warm as it was freezing in there. My Texas bacon melt was flat like someone had smashed it together. The waitress did check on us so that was a bonus. Overall it was just okay, since I only visit that area once a month next time I'll go to the other waffle house.

Pretty busy place, seats are filled up quickly. The staffs are quite responsive too. Love the food and the environment.

The service was great. However the food was not. The cheese steak tasted like straight pepper and was not edible. I dint get my extra order of hashbrowns or the side of grits I ordered. We were the only customers at the time..
