Is your annex available to rent by a member from another lodge to hold a small wedding reception with no alcohol for my young niece with only 20 guest?

No. The Moose Lodge is a private organization. You must be a member or a guest of a member to enter.

Yes! There is an Annex with a party room that seats 50-60. Just call the listed number to schedule
